Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task or we will apply a credit into your account towards our next visit. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM).

Payments & Refunds

Payments
Payments may be paid via direct bill pay through your bank, using the PayPal button on the home page, Square Cash (https://cash.me/) or you may mail in your payment—address will be on your invoice. If payment is not received by the invoice due date, a 10% fee is assessed; another 10% fee will be added after one month of delinquent payment. After two months, any overdue accounts will be sent to Columbia Collections and you will be liable for a 30% recovery fee in addition to the late payment fees. There is a $25 returned check fee.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Green Clean! Although possible but not likely, for that reason we offer a Guarantee on our services in case a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was simply missed during our visit.  You can simply contact the office and we will return to your home and re-do the area or task or we will apply a credit towards our next visit to your home. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.

Appointment Arrival Time Windows

Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts etc.  If we happen to be running late to your appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival.

Lifting

Our cleaners are very important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe, so they do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our maids in danger of back injury or could even damage something in your home. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or furniture such as a sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to the area.

Working At Heights/Outdoors (Windows)

Due to insurance stipulations, cleaners are to only work indoors and may only be on ladders that are three steps or lower.

Tipping

Although it’s not necessary to tip our cleaners it is encouraged, and of course the best way to say job well done! You may include your tips with your payment and we will pass them along to your cleaner.

Cancellation/Lockout Policy

We would ask you to let us know as soon as your plans change. We try to be as flexible as possible. You may reschedule or skip (or even cancel) up to 24 hours before service without charge. However, a late cancellation fee will apply within 24 hours up to 9pm on the night before scheduled service. After 9pm the evening before your confirmed, scheduled appointment, the entire fee is payable since our time is not reusable (also the case with lock outs).

Breakages

Please report any breakages to Green Clean via email. We will work with you for replacement or repair of item(s).
